Mr. Rajendra Navarkar started this company in 2001 with one grinding machine. In last 20 years we have seen continuous growth in it, today we are having 15 machines with latest technologies and team of 20 technical experts. We are also having wide and trustworthy vendor base for raw material, inspection, machining support and transportation all over India. We are looking forward to get more and more opportunities across globe with our growing network of customers in upcoming time.

Mr.Rajendra Vitthal Navarkar, Founder.

Rajendra is having more than 35 years of experience in manufacturing industry. He started his career in Philips India Pvt. Ltd., Pune. After that he worked with HYT Engineering company for 16 years. Then he started his own manufacturing firm Parag Precision Works in 2001. He has extensive experience in toolroom activity and SPM manufacturing. Over the years he has developed a good team of young and experienced professionals who are now working towards multidimensional growth of company. At Parag Precision Works, he is always motivating all for moving forward in direction to achieve best quality and cost-effective solutions for customers. His way of leading from front, decision making ability and technical expertise are making company agile, professional and rapidly growing.

Mr.Parag Rajendra Navarkar, MD.

Parag is a Mechanical Engineer & having Master’s degree in Supply chain management. He has worked with Bridgestone India Pvt. Ltd. and after that joined Parag Precision Works from 2014. He has key role in business growth and diversification of the company all over India. He has good experience in Process planning, Mechanical Design and Project planning. Parag also plays crucial role in providing ‘one stop solution’ to customer with timely and cost effective service. He has developed a good supplier base and effective team of engineers to ensure cost, quality and timely delivery. Being a new generation in Business, he is always introducing current technologies and new processes for operations in company, making work culture in company more progressive.
